This week photoshop tip

When trying to make a photo more clear and crisp, one of the best tools to use is the Unsharp Mask, under Sharpen, under Filter. This tool is great, because you can adjust how much you would like to sharpen the image.

By clicking on the Preview box to show a check mark in it, you can see what changes this tool will do to the photo. I recommend going to extremes with all the slide bars included,so you can see what each slide bar will do to the photo.

You can compare your old and your new, by simply clicking the preview check on and off. If you decide to leave your photo the way it was, then just simply click on cancel. In this feature you can also zoom in and out (in this tool window) by clicking on the + or - and you can see other specific parts of your photo by grabbing the photo within the tool window.
