Here's some shots from my latest photo shoot at Shadybrook Farm in West Brome Quebec, Canada. West Brome is located in the beautiful Eastern Townships. The farm is within an hour from Montreal and about 15 minutes away from the Vermont border.
For those of you not familiar with Shadybrook Farm, they are a very well established Shorthorn operation with one of the premiere Shorthorn herds in North America, and I would venture to say the world.

I was at Shadybrook shooting two new Herdsires along with some progeny of “Pure Gold”, the Bull from Alberta that sold in their production sale last fall. Farm Manager, “Lloyd Wright” told me they're very excited about “Pure Gold’s” sons and daughters. Looking at the photos of them you can see what all the excitement is about!!!

I shot some artsy type shots out in the pasture of the curious cows while waiting for the sun to get to the right angle for the profile shots.

Shadybrook will be featured in our newsletter again, probably sometime in September following my next photo shoot there. The cows and calves should look awesome the next time I'm there at the end of August.
