Baintree Angus
Here's some shots from an early spring photoshoot at Baintree Angus. The farm is located less then an hour east of Calgary near a town called Rockyford. A town i'm quite familiar with actually, my late Grandfather, "Ralph Neff" resided there for many years. My parents used to ship me off on the Greyhound to visit Ralph on a regular basis, a trip I always looked forward to.
Randy Tooth, the owner of Baintree Angus is quite new in the Angus business and has purchased Bulls from some very reputible breeders.
Although is was a little early in the season to picture the cows, Randy wanted to get started building a bank of images and get some exposure. I'm looking forward to a summer photo shoot to capture these cows all slicked off standing on green pastures... This cow herd will be looking pretty awesome by the time mid-summer rolls around!! Can't wait to see the size of the calves next to their moms...
It was a very busy day at Baintree Angus, Randy had the vet scheduled, the photography session, and someone coming to work with the horses all on the same day, Plus, Randy has a full time carreer in the oil and gas industry. Welcome to the purebred industry Randy, it's Great to have you involved!!! - Allan Browarny
